The 3SGE and 5SFE used the same manifold pattern, so it will fit, but it looks like that one is missing the lower section, so you'd have to get a 2-1 (or Y) pipe fabricated to connect the manifold and the front exhaust pipe.

You'd also need to install a catalytic converter under the body of the car, as this manifold would remove the stock catalytic converter mounted directly below the 5SFE's manifold -- make sure to get the appropriately sized three-way converter.

okie.. thanks for the info.. really appreciate it!!.. it seems to me now.. its easier to get those ebay header where everythin's complete and its just plug & play!!.. but for performance wise.. is there a big difference between the both??

id go with a aftermarket alot of them are made for plug and play and you shall get way more flow.

The 3SGE used a tubular design, as opposed to the log-style on the Celica 5SFE. It's a performance manifold meant for a performance-oriented engine. Moreover, it's a 4-2-1 design, which will give a more even power distribution than the 4-1 of pretty much every aftermarket manifold sold for the 5SFE.
