To be honest car feels the same front having spacers to when i didnt.

[b]My Build Thread|Flickr|My Blog
looks sexyy in the front, i love that look!

i want to do that too with my GTS wheels but im scetched out about puttin spacers in the front with a St205 swap and it being a narrow wheel.
would that put alot more stress on the bearings and axels? idw break anything due to spacers cuzz that would just be stupid (since im not going to exactly drive my 3rd gen like a old lady lol)

Random: Hey man cool supra man!
Me: Oh yeh supra... haha thanks man =|

Ps. I wish there were aftermarket wide front fenders for our cars. No vents. Just wider out for a more aggressive look. Like they have for s14 and s15's.

Future plans? ummm de-modding it a little with all the cosmetic stuff. And hopefully start tracking it this year. Besides that its perfect the way its modified and reflects who i am and what i love about the car.

Sounds good especially the tracking part, learn in the 5SFE then when you get exp, upgrade!

hmmmm

i was thinking of swapping out my 15's in back, putting them in front and running 25's in back
what was the offset of your 17s?

My 17" were 17x8 +35. Sure they were flush... but it wasnt for me. The car wasnt no longer fun. When i was driving i was scrubbing at every large bump, and worse when i was driving faster. I could no longer corner hard when driving as body roll would throw the car one one side slicing the tyres even with full hard damper setting. Maybe i had the wrong setup but yeh i like it the way it is now with 16". smile.gif

i dont understand why u had body roll with 17x8's ? I have BC gold coilovers aswell with 16 inch wheels and the ride is so stiff (even on the lowest damper settings) the only thing left to bounce is the walls of these tall ass 50 profile tyres and boy do they bounce, I run 36psi tyre pressure, they are toyo t1r 225/50zr16.

Both 16 and 17" had bodyroll. I probably didnt explain myself well. With the 17" the front tyres were poking out of the guards with only 1 finger gap clearance. So imagine what would happen when i went over a bump on the road at traveling distance...

And yeh 404. Its in my profile.

Na i didnt. Finally getting it fixed. Handing my car over tomorrow morning, driving the camry to work and going to pick it back up after work. Shiny new booty!

Anyways sold a few parts. Raiser blocks, visors, door sills, rays lug nuts, cusco underbrace are all sold. And the cash is going towards camera gear (580exii and a 70-200 2.8 L USM)

Looks sensational, I really love clean white paint on Celicas.

I know there's been plenty of discussion about various wheel changes, but I reckon the wheels are really letting the car down, at least in this latest set of pics they just look so tiny.

Big thumbs up otherwise. smile.gif
