I divide by zero all the time. Granted it's not useful, but it's possible. kinda like any number divided by one is the original number, right? And anything times zero is zero. Division is the opposite of multiplications, therefore the opposite of zero is infinity. Take a number (pref a decimal) like... .001 and divide it by .000001 and it becomes one thousand. expand you division to .001 divided by .0000000001 and you'll get ten million. continue this, and you'll notice that the final number gets bigger and bigger the smaller the division number is. Imagine if you could apply it to perfect zero, The number would be infinite. Compuers/calculators are incapable of understanding the concept of infinity, but it's just the absents (a zero) of nothing. Get it? Infinity = No-Nothing (not to be interpreted as a double negative. In that last equation: Noting is intended as something, But that something is something that is not there.) Get it now?
