k so near my work place theres a big intersection. theres normally a long line before i turn right ,
but today i was the first one at the light and turned right on red( I waited 5 secs), and then there was a flash, and i thought wtf???? was it a no turn on red?(there was no red arrow), and went on my business....and right now im pissed as hell as well as worried, as i already have 1 point on my license plate....
so my ? is am i screwd? and if so, cant i argue i didnt see it???(i really did not see any sign, i just turned right as normal)

Also on my paycheck, im missing 10 hours I worked so i have to talk with my boss about it(business just started and we didnt have timeclocks)

also i cant feel my 2nd toe due to work, like its numb....but dont know who to talk to about it...

let me know...today wasnt a good day =[

I just checked the camera looks like they caught you...if you just tell them your 2nd toe was numb and you didn't feel it step on the gas maybe they will let you off.

Just say you didn't pay me what I worked... sometimes it is that easy.

Seriously, just log in to your county traffic rules, or call the dmv and ask. Regarding work. The first paycheck is not necessary the full amount. In my placed i get paid two weeks later for the hours i made. So see what days of work it included.

If you get a ticket in the mail you should be able to take it to court. If that happened, I'd get pictures of that intersection to show that there is no sign saying no turn on red. That's if you did get a ticket, chances are you'll be fine, but just have to wait and see.

i detail cars for BMW and im usually bent down on my right foot when im cleaning the rims.

yea theres a broken/sensitive camera intersection around my place too. it goes off at random times. i wouldn't worry.

you have to cut it off, or it may affect the toes in contact with it, that's how it spread its sickness. talk to your doctor about it, I'm pretty sure he'll cut it off right on his office using nitrogen.

dont worry, like others said, check with your dmv. if right turn is legal, there should be no problem. they got rid of those cameras here in charlotte, the funds were not being used appropriately so they scrapped the program.

good thing too... i got sick of seeing that white van recording speeders at random stretches of road.

Stop stressing over little things like that. It'll just make your life more miserable than it has to be. Normally traffic cameras take more than one picture and it gets reviewed to ensure the pictures are clear enough for evidence (ie. face of driver and license plates). The pictures will probably show you turning right, and so long as that's legal, they shouldn't send you a ticket. However, if it is legal and you do receive a ticket, just follow the directions on how to appeal the ticket. It's a hassle, but nothing worth stressing over.

As for the paycheck, just tell your boss/human resources of the error and they'll make the corrections on your next paycheck. Worst case scenario is you fill out a form and they screw up the following paycheck as well. It happens all the time; again, not something to stress over. Unless of course you're tight with money and unable to make payments on your bills on time. In which case, I'd recommend borrowing money from a family member or close friend for two weeks til you get your money. I'd also highly recommend making a budget and save enough money for at least a few months worth of bills. It's always a good idea to have a 6 month buffer (though 2 is more realistic), should any sort of emergency occur.
