Still researching, but a month or so ago i came across a divers side rear door T-boned 06 camry with.... a 3.0 liter v6.. its a 1mzfe with vvti 
not looking to boost it or anything, just give my car some pep, but after the body worked is fixed (on the celica, not the camry), id like to go about doing this swap
my question, lies in transmission choice.. s54 or e153 and the lower cross member. ksed used the celica one, where as snap got a custom one made that dropped the engine down some.
what are your thoughts?
i have an ST so no matter what i have to get a transmission. if i go e153, i have resources for custom axles - because i am not about to dick around sourcing and pairing from different models like ive seen with 3s swaps
