i was going through a box of extra parts and i came across this. pretty sure it goes to a gen2 3sgte but wasnt sure what it is for. anybody have an idea?

I found one today on my car when I was changing the grounds. It's actually half of a ground. Mine went from the shock tower to a bolt on the intake manifold.
