Passenger side door - 6G Celicas Forums

My passenger side door doens't open. The lock button only goes half way now and the handle feels loose like the cable probaly snapped. Does anyone know how to fix it or have pix of the inside of the doors. Thanks!

Take off the panel and see if you can find anything, you'll most likely have to rip off the plastic moisture barrier to get to the lock mechanism.

Screws and plugs around the door that you need to remove to take the door panel off. Kinda hard if the door wont open?
Maybe taking off the trim around the door handle youll be able to access the lock mechanism manually.

True...I was thinking it just wouldn't open from the outside.
