the front bumber is a little different. type in 94 celica and 95 celica in google and look at the pictures of the front.

Facelift bumper only has 3 posts in the grille as opposed to 5, has different turn signals, and a separate hole for the fog lights. Look at my signature, you can see some of the differences.

The posts you see are supposed to be white, as they are part of the bumper and were theyre when it was painted, but there are some black covers that go over those.
