Aliens is up there in the top 5, but for me there are too many to pick just one.
If I could have only one then I'll just go for The Empire Strikes Back.
I recently watched Network (1976) and it's really brilliant & so damn relevant even 30+ yrs later today.
truly much, much more than the "I'm mad as hell & I'm not gonna take this anymore!" quote frequently shown from the film.

I was gonna say the exact same thing however I don't think you can really classify the Trilogy in with other movies - it's not a fair comparison [And yes - I'm with KS on this one - there is only one Trilogy and it's not of the rings it's of the Jedi
