next week on mrgrapes crazy life: gets pulled over for throwing a candy wrapper out the window and tries to fight it! "the guy in front of me threw one out so i figured it was ok occifer!" lol j/p man.

BTW, yes you can argue that it was not your mom driving the car...she just needs to say it wasn't her driving, simple as that. She can't get a ticket for something someone else does in her car. And since there is no proof that you were the one driving (no cop pulled you over), it's safe to say you dodged a bullet.
