Good thing about having divorced parents: I got presents from my mom yesterday, and tomorrow it's dad's turn.

Yes 6g, Merry f~~king Christmas. (Sorry, Luckily this may be my first pleasant Christmas sense i was like 7 or 8years old, So i'm use to resenting people during this time of year. It's just become my catch phrase. I really wish you all the best )

Happy Holidays everybody. Whatever is it you're celebrating this time of the year. (I know not all of us are Christians, lol, coming from a very multicultural country). May all be merry and drunk. hehehehe. D-Man drink up that eggnog, you wuss.

>Because sense i was like 8 years old, i've been left anywhere for christmas, While parents and faimly and friends go see each other, i'm left at home or not allowed in someones houses (because everyone is getting fcuked up & drugged up in the house, and my mom dosen't want me "exposed" to the bull sh!t) so i've had to stay outside in the cold (till sunrise) while everyone else is in the house/trailor or w/e getting coke'd up As a teen i was simply left at home; Got my first appt at 16 (yes on a fake id) and was completely forgot about; Having nothing more than a girlfriend who had to goto her familys crap... i was always blankly invited with whoever i was dating, but really would rather not... Bottom line is that sense i was like 8-12 i was left ouside in the fcuking cold; then frome 13-15 my christmases have been spent alone getting sh!t face drunk with no one buy my cat to keep me company; While everyone else spends time with their familly, friends and other loved ones.

This is why i hate christmas...

As a reslut, every christmas it's a tradition of mine to watch "the grinch that stole christmas" because it was my last fond memory of having a christmas with my mom's; Was watching that movie... Go figure, i sorta became the grinch.

Oh; But As i said, this may be the first good Christmas sense then... I've got my Daughter with me, a bunch of presents for her, my own little family as per say; and i refuse to let my little girl have a bad Christmas. She'll be the center of attention at all times (except when i'm in the bathroom ) But we got a BIG ASS christmas tree (that takes up the WHOLE dining room) a crap load of presents under it, spent a crap load of money to have family & friends over... and while people may be drinking, I will not let any of the little ones feel left out of the fun. Especialy my little girl; fcuk that. She'll never know anything but fun and love on the holiday season, Just like most of you do; Just like you're supposed to.

D-Man, you're childhood story sucks and I'm sorry. Good to know that you're turning everything around for your little princess. I feel you man, I want the best for my daughter. She's the number one reason why I love living right now and do what I do. I just want her to be really really happy and give her everything I can.

Meh~ Dont sweat it. LoL, it's the story of "the ugly duckling" with a christmas twist There'll be a happy ending one day. hopefully it's tommorow

Besides, i never sweat this BS, it's easier to say f~it, smile twice as big, and keep walking. No use lingering to worry about it; Just keep walking.

Wow D-Man, that sucks...sounds like your mom was a terrible parent. I'm sorry.

On the other hand, it'll be nice to create a good Christmas memory for your daughter...and technically, that's what parenting is about...giving your kids something you never had right?
