hi ladies and gents just thought it was time to introduce myself and my baby

i got my little beauty 8 years ago as a completely standard jap import and then developed a strange and dreaded affliction which is known to us all as MODDING FEVER!!
the question isnt so much what mods have i done as much as what havnt i done during various stages of this highly contagious affliction...
WARNING such behaviour will not put you on best terms with your savings accounts!!
SUSPENSION hks springs lowered 37-40mm
BRAKES goodrich brake lines /vented disks
WHEELS 18" chrome
EXHAUST full s/s custom bult system de-cat twin exit
BODYWORK pakfeifer--bonnet /sideskirts/rear wing/veilside front and rear coated in apple candy red paintwork/
LIGHTING million colour leds in wheel arches and skirts (8 in total)projector lights/custom made rear lights/custom front grill
INTERIOUR seats and ALL interiour panels retrimmed in grey red leather combination/momo steering wheel/momo pedals/gearstick/custom mats
AUDIO all alpine hu front rear components /4 x6X9s 2 x 10" subs 3 x alpine amps running 1420watts rms /custom boot build/lighting/optima yellow top battery /split charger/2x 1.2farad power caps
ENGINE 1mzfe 3litre v6 24 valve transplant/ fidanza flywheel/4gauge grounding kit/custom radiator/k&n apollo induction kit/fuel regulator (soon to have stand alone storm g4 ecu)walbro fuel pump.
thats about all i can think of at the moment but as usual she is always a work in progress

you have any close up engine kit, and does that knob add height? cuz it seems even taller than stock...
its a little too flashy for me but its a cool car i like it plus you have premium sound

yes it was a bit taller but thats an old pic since that ive dropped in a short shifter
i would nip out and take a pic of the engine bay but..........
as usual its raining cats and dogs in the uk so i wont bother just yet

I believe that makes our 4th v6 swap on the site IIRC

The pic with the engine on show was the took at Japshow last year car was 95% completed very late the night before Spot turned up and got in the awards without the car being 100% finished.

Just to put it in perspective the car looks a lot better in the flesh as the colour is actually quite a deep kandy red

Nice car! I like the color. What is that little square piece by the key, under the windshield wiper stalk? And is there one specific v6 that everyone is swapping into their cars or just picking and choosing? Anyway... I love the interior of your car. Keep up the good work!

Welcome to 6gc and the V6 club. Requesting more engine pics!

Are you guys using the V6 with VVT-i ? Would be interesting to compare the 3S-GE with the 1MZ-FE, Just to see the difference the extra 100+ NM of torque does to a first gear launch. Hmm turboing one of these in a ST205 chassis could be quite interesting Would that put us up there with skylines and supras and 300zx's ?? Probably standard ones eh
