Hey guys I just installed a Gt4 hood and bumper on my car.. it looks aligned properly.. but the hood latch is having issues.. when i pop the hood.. it doesnt open high enough.. and i cant open the hood without using a tool to raise it high enough to open.. has anyone had this issue before? and if so.. what is the solution? pics of my car on my profile

you cut the safety latch and extend it half an inch by rewelding it back on.

oh ok cool.. last time i saw this sticky it was picless and REALLY confusing.. glad it was modified.. i think im gonna go with option 3.. until I can buy the LHD.. or just option 3 forever lol

does the hood have the little spiral rubber deal that you can twist to get more lift on teh hood when popped

naw it didnt come with that.. but i think im gonna go with option 3 from asian advanced till i get the LHD.. but when i may not even buy it if i sont have any problems opening the hood after that.. well see..

i tried to place an order for the lhd gt-four hood latch from them already but they told me they couldn't order it. i was kinda upset about this even though the part number works in their system.
