no thats not Toms option lip but it does look similar.

I'm going to say it was the TOMs option lip MOLDED to an OEM 96+ bumper
Edit: Looks to me, upon checking my eyesight, that it looks like a custom fabrication modeled off of a Tom's

not a tom's, no clue what it is. the toms doesn't flare out at the fenders, and the holes are smaller.

im been looking at lips for other makes and models all day no luck yet i saw a post on here a when i was doing a search about some aeromagic lip that creis had back in summer 08 or something like that it looked more similiar then the toms option.
that is definitely NOT a toms lip, the corners flare out too much and the vent holes have curved lines totally not toms. - unless modified

Truth. Its an aeromagic. I had one on my old hatchback. Sold it to a local member. Actually Creis might still have it. Someone should PM him and ask.

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't the aeromagic NOT fit on a 1996 GT? It only says for a 94-95
94-95 have a different bumper than the 96-99
