I was thinking about getting an after market ignition for my car but i wanted to know if any here owns one and if they think its worth the money. I also wanted to know who makes the easiest to install ignition for a 94 gt. I know crane cams makes one because its listed in the parts database but what is needed to install it?

The MSD is about the only ignition system I would buy. Crane sucks, Mallory royally sucks, and Accel is so-so. MSD is really high quality ****. It shouldn't be too hard to install if you know what you're doing. It won't be worthwhile if its the only mod you ever do, but if you're planning to, or have done a bunch of stuff then its worth it. The 6A is a very well proven part.

The MSD Digital 6 Plus have some problems.

Get the MSD SCI Plus.

If not, get the MSD Digital 7 Plus w/ the HVC II coil.

iv installed a MSD Digital 6 Plus and i lost 35 horspower, it ran like crap, i even had a tack adapter 8910eis, did anyone else have that problem
