Just as sinyk said, they are a relacement for the fogs. I believe most 96-97 ST's (maybe some GT's) didn't come with fog lights, so these would be a nice addition to cover those holes. Although, I have a little different plan for mine

Nope, not intention to order those from dealer, would cost an arm and a leg.

Since, I would sell FG replica and CF/Kelvar one pretty soon after test fit.

Plain color would be in Black, but if someone like Rico want stocked color, I might ask my friend here to pre paint those before send out at extra cost.
