I'm doing a auto to manual tranny swap on a 97 Celica. I'm having issues with the front and rear bracket that connects from the transmission to the motor mount. The front one bolts up the transmission but does not line up right with the motor mount. The rear looks very close to bolting up but it looks like its 1mm off from the bolt.

Does the BEAMS transmission use a different mount? I thought it's the same as a S54 but with LSD.
