I noticed when I am driving it won't redline in 1st and when I shift into second the same thing as soon as I hit 4000 the needle just stays there and moves back down a bit as if there is a limiter. I don't redline my car when I drive I just noticed it today. **Just Changed my fuel tank, filler neck and sending unit couple days ago due to tank leakage*** if anyone has an input please share.

Time to replace the plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

I just changed the plugs an hour ago...same thing still happens. I'll try cap, wires and rotor tomorow.
