So i've been searching for new wheels for a while, and i'm leaning towards 7th gen gts wheels. I wanted to know how much of a difference in performance there would be between 17x(7.0 or 7.5) wheels and 16x6.5 wheels. I don't mean with the same tire but the best tire available for each size. Will the difference be noticeable with a drop and sway bars? Thanks,
