Well i have a 95 celica st with a 2nd gen 3sgte swap, i recently put it back to stock ,the only mod i have is a 3inch downpipe and exhaust . Recently when i turn on the car it idles good but once it warms up it idles rough, but once you drive it runs good up until 6000rpm and sputters bad on WOT. I been driving it for a week and it shows no codes . I Took my wiring off (since in the past it has gave me problems ) and nothing i check for melted wires, loose wires, cut wire ,nothing i found nothing wrong. I change the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor and the fuel filter and still the car idles rough. I checked for compression and everything seems normal.I check for any possible vacuum leaks and nothing i found nothing. I don't get it what could be wrong?

No, the cel only comes on if there is a break in the circuit.
The afm is a potentiometer (think volume knob on your radio). It can work fine at lower air flow/rpm, but give out wrong readings in higher airflow/rpm. Just like when a volume knob on an old radio crackles sometimes in different spots.

Spark plug wires? Maybe they need to be replaced or they're crossed somewhere?
