Yeah, new fenders are gonna cost a bit. Im sure somewhere there are a pretty good set of used fenders for less than what you'd pay for new ones.
try certifit. they are cheaper than toyota but you might have to work with fitment a little.

Why not find a set in a junkyard? Fenders are fairly easy to inspect to ensure they aren't damaged to any significant degree.
eBay has OEM fenders. I'm not sure about the quality though.

Did you check the black one and the red one at ALTO? I think between the two of them there should be a good set.
