Delaware Water Gap (DWG) Meet July 11-12 (Saturday threw Sunday)
Hey everybody, its time we got the annual DWG meet going. We will be doing this a bit different tho this year. A few of us are looking into reserving a camp site and crashing there. This is where the actual meet and great will take place on Saturday. We will be hanging out, playing football, barbecuing, and for those that want to camp out....we will spending the night there at the camp site.
If camping out isnt for you, then NP.....We will still be hanging out at the camp grounds talking, taking pictures, playing games, and barbecuing.....but feel free to reserve a room for the night at the nearest hotel/motel. (I will post a link to the nearest hotel/motel when we finalize the camp grounds a bit more.
As for Sunday, we will be heading over to Island Dragway. This is the local race track where we can really let the cars play a bit
Its a great time at Island dragway. Dont feel you need to have a 12sec car to race....its not about that. Its just a fun and exciting thing to do, so please dont be shy. If you dont feel like racing that day, thats cool to. There are grand stands and a place to eat, so feel free to just sit back and relax and watch the races.
We need to get a rough estimate of how many people are going to camp at DWG, so we know the size of the lot we need reserve. If you are coming and want to camp out please state so. If you are coming but will be reserving a room at a motel/hotel please state so also....WILL BE A GREAT TIME

Click the link for the address. Several of us are going Friday night and staying over till Sunday morning. If this is something you feel that you would like to do, Please let me know.
This should be a fun time. We are going to have a large "field" in the camp grounds where we will all be able to hang out and sleep. You will need to bring you own tents.
As for events, there is fishing, pool tables, basketball, volley ball, swimming pools, etc. Alcohol is permitted on these grounds, so no worries there.......we covered that already LOLOL.
It should be a great time, but please reconfirm if you are going and what day/days as I need to reserve this area with an "accurate" number of people going. It is 10$ a person, per night.
