Hey I'm, new to PA, and I was wondering is it possible to state title a JDM car in PA? Let's say you have a car state titled in another state under the JDM 10 digit VIN, can you just transfer it over into your name ? I went to an auto tags place yesterday, and they said if I have the U.S title and show them the VINs on the car I should be okay. I just want to make sure before I buy a state title JDM car. I've been in the "drive whatever you want state" of South Carolina for the past 3 years. Any info would be appreciated.
