Any of you have any trouble with the passenger mirror not being able to move far enough outward for proper visibility?? I'm a tall guy (6'3") and have it pushed as far outward as it'll go and it's not enough, just wonder if this is a normal issue.

I'm 5'11" and didn't see this issue, actually since this mirrors stick out a little more than the stock ones, I had a lot more visibility than actualy needed on both sides.

make sure there is nothing stock in there.

Yah, I checked that. The mirror is actually bottomed out as far outward as it will go, but I still have the car in the left most 1/3'd of the mirror.

I've had this problem on a few cars, being taller/sitting farther back... sometimes the mirrors aren't designed to allow for the angle needed.

Don''t have teh 5g mirrors, but where there is a will there is a way

It's useable as it, just doesn't give as accurate of a view as I'd like. I think my wife won't have any issues though, she's only 5'7".

I find the convex "blind spot" stick on mirrors to be absolutely invaluable - they have kept me outta trouble more times than i care to remember... particularly in my monte carlo - which had this mirror issue.

I have them on my celi now even though the mirrors are fairly good as is.. its nice to see directly to the side without having to take my eyes away from the front
