i never use 5th on the dyno, it tops out ~105 in 4th.
the celica tops out ~130 or so because of gearing.

I've never topped mine out in the open road but I have reached 150mph pretty easily. I still reckon it had another 10mph in her.

Dude, change the screws on your rear reg plate, please.

yea, the '4 has much longer gearing.

i'll have to mention te bit about the plate screws to the wifey, the original bolt holes have bolts broken off in them, otherwise i'd have the cool TRD plate screws you see on ebay...lol

here you go bonzai, believe this is correct

S-54: 3.285, 1.960, 1.322, 1.028, 0.820 / FD: 3.944, 4.176
-3.944 diff found in JDM/UK 2nd and 3rd gen 3S-GE
-4.176 diff found in MK2 MR2 NA and 6gc GT

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
S-54: 3.285, 1.960, 1.322, 1.028, 0.820 / FD: 3.944, 4.176

i believe you have the numbers switch around. the gear ratio's for edm and jdm s54 have longer final drive, and usdm s54 have shorter final drive. its more like this:

>>-4.176 diff found in JDM/USA 2nd and 3rd gen 3S-GE>>
>>-3.944 diff found in in All S54 transmission in Europe>>

but yes thanks for that info!
