I was talking to this girl i know and her boyfriend has an accord that he did an engine swap on but has NON-VTEC in decals all over his car so i made a comment about how stupid it looks to his girlfriend and then he started texting me about how crappy celicas are and how he could smoke me, i mean he is pushing about 180whp but it just is pissin me off how he's acting, I wish i could teach him a lesson about celicas.

I don't mean to be a dick, but do you really think someone is going to let you borrow their celica to race someone with?

He is 180? Then don't worry about it. You can do it. I dunno if it was because of the new clutch, but I just have an intake and an exhaust and I held up pretty well against a G35, but only because he forced me to, he was my neighbor and chased me and my friend in a GSX down one night. But then again, this wasn't from a dead stop, this was already from 35MPH. If you guys do race though, don't do it on the street man. Do it on a track or some place not so public where someone can get hurt. Imagine a wreck because two wanna be macho dumbasses decided to race to impress a girl. You get me?

Do I even need to say how ridiculous that sounds. G35s would have absolutely no problem making a mockery of a Celica.

He was in a Eclipse GSX he said not a celica, but yea celica would lose for sure unless it was a gt4

Thats funny because this dude was bed ridden for 8 monthes because he crashed into a tree going 140mph, his legs shattered now they're made out of titanium.

Actually funny you mention that, he's ranked 1st in the USA for indoor karting the past 2 years and they swear its because his legs make him weight so little besides the fact that his really skinny too.

Well it was an automatic and stock. I got my ass whooped yeah, but I stood up to it better than my friend did in his 210HP GSX, and my motor mounts needed to be changed at that time, because it was affecting my clutch, which with that said, I did alright. But with that said, I know what the celica is capable of, and to race a 180HP Honda, I am sure it will do alright if you push the heck out of it.

180 non-vtec accord isn't that hard to beat. right off the line at launch just crank your wheels in the direction of the accord.
