So, i got myself a poopra for my birthday in may... wanted something fun for the summer




long story short, i dont know how i lived with out a targa roof, and boost, and rwd, and lsd...
my goal is to shatter the current 50trim ct 26 record of "378wheel"

current dyno:



current mods:NO TUNE for now, aeromotive AFPR,2.5in ic pipeing, tial bov, ported intake and exhaust manifold, ported waste gate, full 3in exhaust with divorced downpipe, solid 1 piece drive shaft,stage3 farramic clutch, mbc, coil on plug ignition, 383 LSD, ss brake lines, cd & slotted rotors, and some other random **** i cant remember...

future mods: 550cc injectors, maft translator pro, progressive methanol injection, and some 16x9 tires... hope my w58 trans likes all the tq, if not i'll have to buy an r154, and when someone brakes my record, i'll just add some nos...

I know what you mean with the RWD thing, my mom just got an MX-5- not much power to play with, but damn that thing is fun.

The car needs a drop and bad.

That W58 will probably shart itself before you can break the record.

Why 16x8 wheels? Why not pick up a set of MK4 TT wheels? You'll be able to get some fat tires on that car.

MKIV wheels are the best looking wheel on MKIII's IMO

looking for mk4TTs, thats not going so well so i may have to settle for the na wheels
and the lowering the car is at the bottom of my priority list along with paint.

Lol. I kinda regret not staying with my 7M. Would've been cheaper for me.

I've got MK4 TT wheels up for sale if you want'em. Not sure how I'll get them shipped out though.

i don't hate the 7m...
i think each motor has its own thing.

I personally wanted to rev to 9k with little worry, and the 1j can smile.gif
Sadly, I still haven't dropped the cash for cams, valves, etc yet.
