ok guys. first off i think im gonna cry.. but my baby is pretty well gone
So this morning i was on my way to a clients, traveling the speed limit, in the outer lane. There was a large f250 to my lefyt. out of nowhere he swerves into my lane, i brake, swerve, brake more, and BOOM, slide, bounce, CRASH. Took out a curb, and a stop sign going ~30MPH. back out, and drive into a parking lot, and SURPRISE no brakes
. try to open my door. nope. climb to the passenger door and get out, see brake fluid, and a horrible looking fender. move to the front, broken headlight, drivers side... OMG. wiped out from tire to tire. check out my tires, one has a nice chunk, another is low, and my rear suspension is totally flat. no air bags, no broken glass. IMHO doesn't look like ther is any frame damage, though. Guy was ON THTE CELL PHONE, didnt even look. he admittied fault, cop placed him at fault, and he was gone. now im waiting for insurence to complete the claim and hopefully i'll raise celi #3
&&maybe an MR2 if im lucky
theres one for 500$ but w/o motor. if i get enough cash && finda celi cheap && in decent condition i'll try to talk him to 400. if so, im gettin her for project

A man sorry about your ride. My celica was totalled in a similar way and the insurance company totalled it. But after some research I found out that they would let me keep it for only 500 dollars. In the end I got $3000 for the car after they took out the 500 dollars. With that, it only cost me 1800 to get the car back in tip top shape...Something to think about. BEST WISHES!!!!

wouldn't you need to get a reconstructed title? those things suck. they take away value... and besides after that the car will never be he same. i would get the money and run... after all his insurance will pay out. sorry to hear your loss. good thing your not injured though...
