For those of you with HID lights, its a pain to have the "safety" circuit of the ballasts trip when you start your Celica. I made up capacitive relays for mine.

One per bulb, as follows.



You can put a diode on 87 to keep the capacitor from discharging, but mine seems to work without. (I hadnt gotten the diodes i ordered and got antsy...)
Any larger capacitor will work as well.
Remember to fuse all (+) lines appropriately.
