Consider these the before pictures.

Guess I'll keep the 7th gen GTS wheels for winter driving.

The wheels aren't the same (however props to you for the JDM fast and the furious image) as the reference picture, but nice pick up. They look like the wheels that came factory on the Mazda Protegé MP3.

The supra has Axis wheels IIRC.

Racing Hart made 2 of the same model wheels. They are the M5s. The ones in the Supra image are the 2 piece forged 19x8 Racing Hart M5s, while mine are the one piece forged 18x7.5 Racing Hart M5s.

Obviously, mine aren't as nice, but then again I utterly hate 2 piece wheels. It's the rivets that kill the look for me. Mine are still clocking in around 20lbs (not bad for 18s, stock 15s were 22ish). Either way, I'm happy to finally have actual Japanese forged wheels.

The plan is to get rid of the rash, fill in the 5x114.5 holes with Bondo, get new tires on them, and paint them white (possible black lettering on the "Racing Hart" and may make the dips on each spoke a deep bronze).

You're going to paint them white?!? I would paint them hypersilver or silver with a coat of smoke! But that's just me, it's YOUR car. I just think white rims are so late 80s.

I'm styling them after certain gramlights/volks. They will be white with black accents (racing hart will be black, along with the grooves in the middle of each spoke)

For the stock 3L2 red, I think that white/silver looks best. Smoked/blacked out wheels look... ghetto to me, though they look good on white or black cars.

Originally I was going to go with gold/deep bronze, but I'm not sure if I'll like it after a while, and will most likely draw more attention my way vs. painting them white.

Eh, if I don't like them I can always redo it! :-D

I'm increasingly attracted to white, so I definitely say go for it.

On that note, I wonder if anyone has ever done tC rims in white and how it would look on a silver Celica...

I found them on my local CL, I just happened to be browsing at 2am and ran into them as soon as they were posted. He wanted 300 with tires (crap tires, one has chord coming through it, 2 are fairly new, but no-name tires) but I found that one of them was cracked (on the inside, maybe a quarter inch. I have a local shop that can fix them up for pretty cheap) so I talked him down to 220. I figure when all is said and done it'll cost me about 1k, but that's for perfect wheels with brand new tires, all fixed up (no curb, no crack, absolutely stunning) and painted. Or at least somewhere around that price.

I also did find an online reseller that has a couple in, I think they want $175 per wheel. Worst case scenario I'll replace one of them.

Update:
One of the wheels was cracked and un-repairable by a local shop. I have since replaced them with Ray's Engineering - Volk C-Ultras. They're the 16x7 version, 5x100, weighing in around 12-15lbs (can't find actual numbers, will weigh one before mounting and balancing). Personally, I think they look better on our cars, they haven't been manufactured since '96, so they'll be uuber legit! :-D

I plan on getting them repainted (same color), throw on new stems, tires, and racing lugs. I'll post pictures once I do, they'll look similar to these ones but refurbed silver with polished lip and on my red celi.

Now on to suspension....
