I like the paint, actually.

Not bad for a grand. I bet the paint looks fine from a few feet away, because I think it looks fine as well. Slap a 6GC decal on it.

For $1k, I would have bought the same thing, in fact I might take your lead. Looks very nice!

Yes, the paint looks like crap up close, but from far away it's not noticeable. Hahaha yea once I finish some maintenance to ensure safety, I'll take the body down, sand it down and give it a spray.. and then slap a 6GC.net sticker on xD

Screw a sticker, just make a stencil and put it along the bottom. I say keep the bike white and the letters black...maybe blue.

Nice! I was planning on getting my first bike this summer, but just couldn't afford it. Maybe I'll buy ony cheaper in the off season biggrin.gif

600cc FTW first bike!
It's got 40K. I think it's considered really high miles for a bike. But as long as I keep up with maintenance, it should last a while.

And plus, $1000 for an old beater bike for learning purpose (riding and mechanically) is not a bad thing.

Guess what. This bike's got almost the same horse power as my ST. Sigh.....
