is the challenge still with a tuned import??? if so i should call up my buddy with a 99 civic with more than 30k dumped into it

Go for it if you want to, like I said I'm not sure if it's considered a "tuned" import or not but it's an import, and I'm sure it's "tuned" from the factory, but I had to stop and get a pic of it!!!!

Fresh installed NGK plugs and wires.... and a new red top(out of Napa for only $110). Installed all yesterday. Want pics as you're installing or just like this when its done? If this passes, next challenge is your car next to a unique looking building
