lmao ! Everyone hates the rims. frown.gif

and ajmorris1977, this is photoshopped, but I am thinking of getting 17" or 18".
Looks terrible. You're attempting to clash two very different automotive scenes into one blasphemous abomination. I could understand if you were trying to bring Classic 70's Celica styling onto a 90's Celica, because it's the same car. Same bloodline. Same heritage. It would be respecting the legacy of the Celica.

But putting gangster/VIP wheels on a Celica would be a disgrace. The Celica isn't a VIP cruiser. Nothing about it says luxury. I would be more apt to put those wheels on a SC300/Soarer, but even then I wouldn't be caught dead riding those wheels.

Good luck with potholes, bud! That's all I have to say...

Actually no, I lied.. they look like the backside of my cat after a serious case of round worms.
Thanks for your opinion guys !

But i'm still in love with it. I'm going to try one on soon and see how it looks. Maybe in 18".

i definitely agree with the rest of you guys. honestly, if i were to see a 6gc with those kind of rimes it will severely break my heart. it is something that WOULD turn my head, but not because i admire it. it just seems wrong and out of place for our celica. its doesn't match the car's style.

Ah well, I'm sure someone will love to buy your current wheels off yours. I can't see them too well, but judging by your avatar they're the same as mine and are hard to come by. But once again, what you're doing doesn't match your car. It makes me feel the same way as I do when I see something like this:

why? they're gonna look about the same in 17 or 18
^ Those rims in 17/18" would make the car look a lot less donk-ified...and I think that was the issue here. Still wouldn't be my taste though.

I only have two opinions on rims, yes and no, this is a no. Save up good money and get ones you won't regret.
