Are our cars equipped with a camber angle from stock? Mine's a '96 ST (as evidenced to the left) and the rear tires are cambered about 10-15 degrees...just wondering if it's the performance springs/struts being lowered or what.

No, the celica did not come with a way to adjust the camber, you must purchase either "crash bolts" from the dealer which are thinner bolts which allow the strut to move in or out to correct the camber, or an aftermarket camber kit
