Man I want that clip so bad... if you still have it come tax time you'll be hearing from me. In the case that you sell both the engine and the clip before then, I hope hope hope that you'll decide to sell some others... I would much rather buy from you than from ebay. I'd say GLWS, but I'm not sure I want you to sell... unless it's to me, of course. tongue.gif

Thanks, and this is what I seem to keep hearing from people. As for the clip. I will have it for sale for the next few weeks, then if no Interest....I will part it out.

If you are interested in the clip, you can leave a deposit on it, and I will hold it for you, and we can set something up. As I am currently doing that for a few other board members.

If you would rather wait, I will see where I stand once these are sold. From all the support over these forums, PM's like crazy, and IM's....It looks like I will continue to supply the community with motors/clips/performance parts in the future.

Jim, that clip looks very good. I wish I wasn't spending so much money in gas, or else I'd be taking that clip off your hands. Good luck with the sale! Hopefully everything works out for the best.

Thanks for everyone who replied in this thread, and offered words of support.

Prices on the WRC motor set are OBO...same goes for the clip.

If you are wanting particular items off the clip, please post in this thread stating what you want,,,,and if I see enough interest in different parts, I will part it out.

Clip has 50K original miles on it, and I will include the odometer with the sale of the motor. If the clip comes down to parting, then I will pull the motor out the clip. Motor out of the clip with VERIFIED 50K miles and odometer for proof will be 2600 shipped with complete W2A IC, and 2200 shipped without W2A IC. This motor will even come with rare hard to find front relay fuse box never offered with motor sets. This fuse boxs makes wiring of the GEN3 3sgte a walk in the park.

Price for the front half cut with motor still installed, RHD conversion in tact, no body panels and no rear AWD parts is 3200 shipped OBO.

I also have 2 full sets of rear AWD parts, and 2 full sets of front and rear GT4 calipers and rotors. If you need a part, ask...as I am sure I have it.

Garin, I have a few importers that I deal with. They call me when they get motors in, then I go there, inspect them, and if the motors are in good condition, I buy them.

Jim- can you get a hold of a regular 3rd gen whenever I have the cash flow, because it was the WRC we discussed in chat if I'm not mistaken...I don't need the extra features.

I am sorry donteatbugs I got your pm the other day but have been distracted.

The deal that was made for the WRC AWD Trans is still available for you since your friend will not be taking the trans.

no problem, if you have any pictures of the tranny (with or without the motor im not picky) i just wanna see what im getting before i pay for it. as soon as i get those ill send the money.

I have been reading up on swaps for the past couple months, and I have read your thread several times, when I do mine I want to get everything from you and have Carl at Speed Source do it for me since he only is a few miles from me. The Black front clip is exactly what I want!! Hopefully you can get me one after the slow season at work is past and I have the extra money to do this!! If you end up selling the bumper and hood I am interested in that as well...

I have a noob question though (don't laugh at me), are the fenders the ones with the side markers in front of the wheels or behind them?

Thanks for the time and for helping a noob to understand and hopefully end up with an even more awesome car....

They are! I am getting another black front half cut sent to me in the next 3 weeks. The front half cut is currently on a sea container coming from Japan, and has only 29K miles on it. The motor has been spoken for, but the GT4 front end conversion/body panels, Brakes, rotors, rear AWD parts, RHD conversion, etc is up for sale. Pm me for pricing.

Yep, 330 to the wheels at 21psi, and 342 to the wheels at 24psi. All on a stock GEN3 swap.
