So I disassembled the bottom half of my dash to hide some wiring (I'll post a thread about it in the near future) and I can't get the hood release cable to go back into the hood release handle on said dash paneling. I tried for seriously an hour from 1-2am a few days ago until I gave up. Does anyone have any tips on how to get that cable back where it belongs?

yeah, do it while the hood is propped. and have somebody pull the cable. you can take the piece outr by removing the screws and putting the cable in and later screw it in.
