I'm not sure about the ST header, but I put a header on my car and it made a world of difference. You can definitely feel more power being there. Just wait for the guys that know all of the car lingo to get on this thread and they'll tell ya which one to get wink.gif

the ST uses 2 o2 sensors all those headers only have one so youll have to have another one welded on

yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
Where is the second one located? Obviouslly the first one is right on the base of the header. Which can be seen easily.

I've heard Surewinproducts are the best headers...

hey when you did that did you get an check engine light problems? im very close to ordering my header, but i want to make sure i get the right one.
you have to weld a bung in the middle of the midpipe. THey will burn a hole thru the midpipe and attach a bung so that you can screw and unscrew the o2 sensor whenever you want. if you dont plug in 2nd sensor you will see the cel.

well i got the one from tuning pros and too be honest we had problems fitting it on, they drilled the holes to low, so i had to modify it at the shop, i sorta regret getting the one from tuning pros cause now i have a leak in the headers....id go with the most expensive one and get some header wrap

there are all made the same, or atleast i think. only mod i had to do was drill the holes with dremel tool to make them bigger so that the header would attach to the engine. make sure you flanges are flat or you will get an exhaust leak. if you need gasket material heres the link. i went to various exhaust shops and i could not find any. you have to make your own exhaust gasket
