Here are some pics of when i brought her home the first day
when i first purchased the car i wasn't really into it like i am now.
a couple of things tha you may see or not see is the sun damage on hood and roof. >

>>INTERMISSION!!!!!! For about a year the celica was sitting and i didn't have any enthusiasm to work on her....

during this time i purchased a 92' 300zx n/a black on black (if you would like some info or see pics pm me, want to stay with celica!) i kept the 300zx for about five months...thats when i started getting into the upgrade mode!!!!! biggrin.gif >

I finally gathered some cash flow to put into the celica
as you can see i got my limo tint (5%) all around, and my 19" motegi's sitting on Kumho Ecsta Tires 215/35/19
those rims used to be on a 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback which belonged to my older brother.>

>>as you can see my driver side fender pinched, that happened while i was at school...mad.gif>>

>>7-22-2009
About a month later i got a nice Candy Apple Red paint job, projectors, H.I.D. (which i don't have a night pic yet), and clear corners >

I'm not a fan of the 19's (design is fine, but it makes the car look like a donk), but that interior is cleeeaan. Black leather with red stitiching...exactly what I would have. Props, good sir. thumbsup.gif

siik.. how much were the projectors if you dont mind me asking?
well the rims were free swiss....just paid for the tires! wait till i get my sportlines that lower 1.5" biggrin.gif

and i paid 685 for the projectors....this summer alone i probably spent a good $2300-$2500 on my celica!

Well, they do look good. Good deal then. I would just rather have 17's, just saying. smile.gif

I'm surprised the tire is so skinny though, it's the same width I have.

thanks!!!! now i'm trying to get my hands on gt-4 bumper and hood!! if you read my wtb post youll see exactly what i want!! biggrin.gif
Good lookin' ride there!

I especially like the floor mats and the Pioneer audio setup. Are you planning on getting an amp a little later?

PS: You purchased your GT on my birthday...that makes it and you very lucky. biggrin.gif

Has no more Celicas
I'm digging the whole thing, sans the 19" wheels. I know you got a killer deal on them, but I think they destroy the flow of the car. Even with sportlines, you are probably going to rub, and might get down to stock ride height. I think you should post up on your local craigslist and see if anyone has wheels they'd like to trade, or you can pick up a set of Scion tC wheels for pretty cheap. Or a similarly designed wheel a couple sizes smaller.

x2 on the tC rims...but if you could trade down to Motegi in size 17, that would be awesome as well.

Well, today i decided to get up early and get to work!

>>I also went to autozone to purchase some oil and manual tranny fulid, since 3rd was grinding on and off....>>
Got a quick chance to change out the steering wheel...some before and after.

>>7gen steering wheel w/ red stitching to match interior biggrin.gif>>

Again, exactly the interior I'd take. How much did you pay for the wheel?

Hey nice wheel. Was it a pain to get it on or does it fit without replacing the hub etc?
it was kind of a pain!!!! but we got it done all you got to do is take out airbag and wheel! smile.gif
when i got home from school i decided to get down and dirty, so i did, i changed my oil and synchro! Took me about two hours to complete both...biggrin.gif
sorry for not having many pics, i was home alone so no one could take pics!

Let me rephrase that: the interior I want when I have the funds.
It sucks...it looks soooo good, but that is ridiculous for just a wheel.

Sound system looks good man.

funds are an issue now a days!!!
i wanted it because it matched the interior!

Thanks biggrin.gif
Well, I just don't have much cash in general...less to do with the economy, really. Just a poor college student. biggrin.gif

I don't like the way it hangs down...too fart-can-like. You did clean it up nicely though.
