what do you guys think about after market automatic transmission filters? i know autozone has a cheap kit for 20 dollars or so. But OEM toyota filter is nearly double the price.

Is it worth it to fork out the extra money?

Don't bother replacing it, just clean it out with brake cleaner.
The trans filter is just a metal mesh screen.
