whats bumper preface lift? and okay, mudflap will be 10 dollars shipped or 5 picked up, and the driverside fender is mine, but his other one still orks but it is dented in pretty good at the bottom. let me know..

bumper with a prefacelift is a 96+ year celica and has the slots for the fog lights.
