I have a 94 GT with the 6 speaker system and a double din radio deck.

The speakers all sound fine when using the radio. When I use CD player only the driver side front speakers produce sound. I tried to adjust fader/ balance but still no joy.

Anyone has an idea if it is a problem with the deck or the speakers?

Also I have a Pioneer Avic Z1 that I thinking about putting in my Celica. Any suggestions?

i had a similar problem with my drivers side not working...after i replaced the stock deck everything was good. something wrong with the radio rather than speakers, if it only happens with CD's and you are producing sound when listening to the radio then they're good
