ok start car, put seatbelt on and its good and tight, however normal driving and movement it gets pulled out more and more, and does not retract. i can pull the belt all the way out and it wont retract. however as soon as i turn the key off, it retracts.....
WTF is going on?

its time to get a new seat belt press the brakes also when your driving when your stopped it will retract
does yours auto retract when you take the keys out??

when i turn the key off, it retracts...however if the door is open and i turn the key off, it will NOT retract....pressing the brake does nothing
