I guess if you have a silver car or a silver theme (like silver interior) it might not be too bad of a purchase, just that "racing windshield wipers" title really is disturbing.
My wipers are asking for a change, was looking at options....
I am looking for black ones, since my car is red....

I am going with a silver theme with my car and bought a pair of mtec wipers. They are so nice, I mean they make all the rest of the wipers you can buy look like crap. And they are not super flashy, so they have more of a high-end sports car look. And they are TITANIUM not PLASTIC. Get the mtec if you are going to get anything.

I dun really understand why pretty much everyone hates anything other than stock wipers.
I mean.. my wipers have a little bit of rust and are generally not in the best condition. If found some aftermarket ones I liked I'd get em.

I know they aren't 20,20 and pepboys is just fun to visit sometimes I always get a kick in seeing the 14' inch Chrome hubcap spinners.

I say you get the wipers dude. You'll be able to clean your windows a lot faster and I'm sure you'll get a lot of comments about them also. =)
