Anyone know what width/offset or if this rim will fit my Celica?

Rim should fit. No idea about offset.

Are those matrix rims as well? They look different than the ones I found for sale

Tirerack shows 17x7 et38 for the matrix so their offset should be similiar. Thanks!
I thought those were from a Caldina?

^ That's the ST215 body? What a horrible choice.

A friend of mine has one of those Matrix M Theorys. Nice car.

@SwissFerdi No, the ST215 is the 2nd gen Caldina.........the one in the picture njccmd2002 posted is of a third gen. Also, why is it a "horrible choice"?
^ Well, you know that everyone here sees the 3S-GTE as performance god...so I don't see why it should be put into a pure hatchback. It fits in a Celica, but not that.

WRX Wagon has the same setup; turbo + AWD. Putting a baby's car seat in the Caldina GT-Four would certainly be a lot easier than a Celica GT-Four, and still be a fun car.
Kinda like this

Thats my car, Celica is the g/fs car, MR2 is my project
