Hey all, new to 6gc so i'll quickly introduce myself. My name's Nick, I live in New Zealand and I drive a 1997 ST205. Has a few mods, full list:

Suspension/wheels:
Tein springs
Advan RG 17" 225/45r17 tyres

Interior/sounds:
leather interior
Defi Boost guage
Defi boost guage hand controller
battery to boot
Alpine CDA-9887 headunit
Alpine speaker amp (MRP-F242)
Alpine SPR components
Kenwood sub amp
Pioneer TSW-308D4 12" sub

Engine/exhaust
3" HKS Silent HiPower exhaust, 4.5" tip
custom 3" down pipe
Apexi intake
custom oil catchcan
aluminium radiator
Apexi Power FC tuned @ 16psi

so yeah, that's my ride, will be a regular user of the forum from now on for sure.

Another person to be jealous of...great. smile.gif I thought Teins/a lot of springs didn't fit on ST205 models?

Hi and Welcome, thats a great colour on your GT4! Dont think that colour was offered over here on the UK ST205.

I have noticed we over here in the UK we dont seem to see many NZ GT or GT4 longing onto celica-club.co.uk or GT4oc.net

Oh it's you! I think we've driven past eachother a couple times, Saw you filling up at BP once, was gonna stop and say hi but thought it would be a bit stalkerish haha... These GT4s are quite rare though, not every man and his dog owns one, etc.

From what I remember yours sounds quite different to mine...

I did wanna mention those gold mags with the 6M1 dark emerald pearl paint scheme looks soo f*cking good

haha cheers mate, if you see me around you're more than welcome to come say hi, just don't mention the bits and pieces that need tidying up (damn last owner haha, ~1k to fix frown.gif ) but yeah, definately come say hi some time, would love to see your gt4 too!

haha yeah told the guy no due to the scare the panel beaters gave me, but you know, **** it, i want those headlights. I heard there's a bit of dicking around involved in the connectors or something? ... ah they'll come with a manual of some sort

since you are in NZ, you dont have to worry about the extra stuff like getting it set for LHD celicas, just the option on how your wiring the lows up, you might be able to use late spec projector adaptors?
