I live in canda, lately it has hovered around Zero in the morning and when i get in my car all my all my windows have condensation on them and the hatch window itself is just a sheet of ice!!! I may have small air leaks but I no i dont have water leaks, there is NO water in my car during the rainy season

help???

if anyone also knows how to get rid of all the condensation in my car that would be nice too... it takes me like 20 minutes for front wind shield to clear up before i can drive just using the heater and outside air to defog/frost AC blows ice cold and Heater blows hot

I talked to a 21 year toyota service vetern on this one and this is what he said. You'd have to have a leak big enough to be the same as leaving your window down 2 inchs to get that much ice. Considering the major problem is in the back you need to have the car put on a rack and check the rear drain plugs. Also to make sure none of the rear deck panels are not rusted through. The seams on both rear body panels could let enough air in as well. If they're all in place then move under the rear seat and check the gas tank access panel that covers the fuel pump. Considering your extreme weather a gasket leak there could do it.
