Wow, that's pretty sweet. Get rid of the seafoam green lights and we've got a winner! How well can you see through the smoked lenses during the day? Do you have to run your parking lights so the light shines through or can you see the gauges fairly well?

Smoked lenses are to smoked. I used 50% SL Llumar Foil, but now I'm going to install 25%. After spraying black, whole console became too dark laugh.gif

why dont you use clear glass instead, cus you painted the walls black and the face plate is already black. unless you wanted to dim the led's.

Tinted glass makes it look more luxury. I'm now going to install 25% tinted glass. I'll post new pics once this is finished wink.gif
Can you post more specifications concerning the materials, i.e. size/diameter of the piping? A run to a hardware store should get me all of those items, and If I can find a spare gauge trim, I'm down to try this.

I'll measure everything next week!

I just cut new glass and i'm going to install 25% light transmission film at the glass. 50% film was too dark.
I'll take new pics when everything is installed smile.gif

25% film will make it darker than 50%. Just so you don't end up buying something and making it darker when you want it a little lighter. This turned out really well though. I'm liking it.

I know what you mean, thnx smile.gif .. Police calls that film 75%, window tinting shops calls the same film 25% over here.. wink.gif
The glass thickness is 4mm

1=93mm (inside)
2=90mm (inside)
3=28mm
4=50mm
5=3mm

I'm going to reinstall de console next week and i'll post new pics tongue.gif
Great work mate, gives it a nice high end look.
