California meet:Isleton,January 16th,2010 - 6G Celicas Forums

Ok,so im trying to set up a meet on Saturday,January 16th in Isleton CA.There is a good sized parking lot to chill in,and a campground across the street if needed,the road is right on a river and is a great drive,2 lane road that parallels a few rivers.The address is 17820 California 160, Isleton, CA, United States to put into google if u wanna look.

I am debating on it. I need to not be spending too much money, as I am trying to get a Toyota MR2 Turbo and then dump some major money on stuff for the Celica.

I don't want you to feel obligated to attend. There was really no guarantee that I would attend anyways. Besides, depending on what week another meet lands on, I may be in SoCal for that weekend anyways.

the only down side i see for this as far as getting socal guys up there is that if it snows on the grapevine, they may close it. if it were summer, it would be a lot easier, but being that its in january, the odds are against us. its crazy to me how the chp will close it since i've driven in way worse when i was in montana, but socal people don't know how to drive in the snow.

Wow really? Snow is really fun to drive on smile.gif. I feel really comfortable driving in snow, but I can't stand the rain for some reason.

Oh my goodness, a meet that is planned on a weekend that I'm not actually scheduled to work on! Is this a miracle, have the planets all aligned? Okay, looks like I'm going to this one...

Yeppers, it was all closed up.... It was a pretty snow time though smile.gif I made a trip up to big bear because I heard the storm was coming and was praying for snow. Such pretty snow caps today as well when I got home and was out and about working. Anyways..... Sorry I can't come guys, I'm supposed to be on the east coast for a couple months when this happens. Hope its fun and take plenty of pics.

stupid i'll be in vegas on the jan25-feb01. should'nt be that far drive set one up.

OOO Tiffany!? Hmm I would have guessed Taeyeon or Yuri haha. I'm a Jessica fanboy haha biggrin.gif . I mean don't get me wrong, I haven't forgotten my girl Leah, cause she'll always be my number 1, but I mean, there's so many cute girls to choose from! Leah gets to be my background for my computer and celica touch screen, while Jessica gets to be on my cell phone and 6gc avatar. Sometimes I cycle them to keep things exciting.
