What's the chance I could find one down here?
Hmm, well I assume you're talking about the ST205? Well I know that there are a few in California, but I haven't seen one for sale, so I would say the chances are really slim.
Good enough I shall be on my hunt then haha

hmmm interesting smile.gif

i didnt know st205's existed in cali

God made man....Everything else...Made in China
If there is a GT4 in cali then its either vin swapped or is driving unregistered. If you wish to buy one and register it legally you will hit a wall.

Since gt-4 became legal in parts of canada some people have been driving them or towing them over the border illegally. Keep that in mind.

Wasn't there a release of an all trac out here?
There are 5th gen alltracs, but no 6th gens. You aren't going to find a GT-Four in California.

1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of moneyI'm not really an asshole, but I play one on the internet.**** Photobucket
I swear i saw a black st-205,or maybe just a look alike,in the bay area,i was in a store and saw it drive by...

BANNED. for life, you moron.
One third of members here has gt-4 look alikes and there are many 6gcers out there who drive one of those cars and are not registered with this site. Chances are you saw a gt4 look alike.

There are 3 ways for people to drive a gt-4 celi here in usa.
#1 illegally driven over the border and vin swapped/not registered at all (Average cost to do that is 10-12 grand if purchased through canada)
#2 imported here in pieces and put together by a company like evolution imports (who among many other similar institutions have been busted and forced to shut down) (Average cost to do that is 15-20 grand)
#3 drive a 5 gc model which is in 4-7 grand range and is obviously an aging bundle of joy

There was this one for sale in SoCal awhile back (like sometime last year). Had the TRD spoiler (was damaged though) and needed much work on the exterior. It was white. They wanted $14k for it, but it could have been a bogus post, although the pictures looks very legit, and I had my experience emailing the scammers, the car was right hand drive alright and everything.
