Everyone that is down to go to Austin on that day meets up at Desoto first then
we all roll out into a group


details for the place to meet up

Date: Saturday, January 23, 2010

Time: 7:00am - 7:30am

Location: 851 N Interstate 35 E # 104, Desoto, TX (Starbucks)


The time to meet up is 7:00A.M.
Roll out time is 7:30A.M!!!!!

We will have walkie talkies set to a certain channel, we will announce that channel at the meet up.

If rei-okie is running then i'll go. I should have the new tranny done by then, but something else may be taking place under the hood as well.

Meet up time is a bit too early for me, have to drop off the nephew. I'll be leaving AT 9:30am.

Got her detailed today, lets hope for no rain on the way down. Be careful guys.

PS- If anyone stumbles upon a sorority pillow-fight in Austin, call me. Is anyone stopping in Austin before-hand anyways?

I had a great time at the meet, only saw one celica the whole time other than mine but no one was around it.

I showed up at 2:30 and the garage was already "full", so we just parked in B. There were some really nice cars, and I understand there will be a difference in opinion on this, but why not since even though it was a large parking garage, only have modded/sponsored/crew & the obvious cars parking in C and the beaters(ie rusted stock 1986 accord with bird poo all over taking up 2 spaces)/soccer mom minivans ect be asked to park in B? Personally, the VW and Subi crews seemed stuck up, as usual, but overall it was a good time. 6th street treated me nicely as always, and I got a ticket on the ride home.

Ah....yeah, those tickets suck! I heard that a bunch of cops showed up and kicked everyone out...any truth to this?

Not that i saw, yet i bailed an hour early for 6th st. From what i saw, cops didn't mind at all with everyone peeling out speeding down the streets surrounding the garage.

yeah... she was being stupid drunk, fell, scraped her knee, and blamed it on someone else..

but all in all, for the ones that went, what do you think of it.. ^_^
